Users are mad at Microsoft for being forced to install the Edge browser

Our venerable software giant is using a tactic like adware, spyware, malware or ransomware.
If I told you that my computer screen in front of me was showing up an application that I had never installed. It magically appears on my desktop and taskbar and starts up when I click on any link. Would you advise me to use anti-virus software and stay away from malicious websites?

But the incredibly annoying application I just talked about is not a virus, or malware at all. It is Microsoft's new Edge Chromium browser. The software company is forcing users to install Edge even if they don't want to, through automatic Windows 10 updates.

In fact, when I just restarted my computer, an application I never wanted to use suddenly launched. This app tries to convince me to leave Chrome, my true love. While not giving me an option to say no.

It even pins itself to the desktop and the taskbar without asking me to. It also asks me that the next time you open a website, are you sure you want to use Chrome instead of Microsoft's recommendation? Though before that, I apparently made Chrome my default browser.

Edge browser appeared and there was no way to disable it, users were forced to follow the installation steps.

Then I thought, antitrust investigators, who punished Microsoft for just integrating Internet Explorer into Windows, what do you think of this new move of Microsoft?

And can we remove Edge from our computers? Whenever Windows 10 updates, Edge is automatically installed without any permission? Like a nightmare with no end.

Woke up and realized that they not only decided to install Edge on my computer without consent, but also mounted it on the tasbar.

Then I noticed that our venerable software giant, is using a tactic like adware, spyware, malware or ransomware. These trash are also often this automatically installed on the user's computer without permission.

Things go even further, when even Windows 7 and Windows 8 computers are forced by Microsoft to install the Edge browser. Therefore, it is not surprising that users are extremely angry at this action of Microsoft.

If Windows 7 has been discontinued, why did my work computer automatically install Microsoft Edge last night?

Microsoft once said that Windows 10's automatic updates are necessary to increase security and patch critical vulnerabilities. But Microsoft shot itself in the foot, now that these updates include software marketing.

The user has to set up the default browser again.

To justify this move, Microsoft says that the new Edge browser will completely replace the old Edge that came pre-installed in Windows 10. Microsoft wants you to use the best, safest browser. But as a result, it only makes users feel annoyed, it takes time to reconfirm the default browser that I have chosen and remove Edge from my computer because it is never used.

My computer rebooted to install Edge. Lose all the work of an hour of drawing. Thank you Microsoft. No one will use this trash as a browser, no matter how much you force users to use.

Microsoft is using the Chromium kernel to develop an entirely new version of Edge. But this approach to users is truly catastrophic and counterproductive. It just makes users hate Edge even more and there's no compelling reason to use the browser at all.
